Terms and Conditions for the Free SMS Updates Service Subscription

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR PHONE WITH THE SMS SERVICES. CRICKETXTRA.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY POSTING REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THIS WEBSITE.

Subscription
You are responsible for providing and maintaining a cellular phone and ensuring connection to a cellular network capable of receiving the SMS Services. You understand that if your cellular phone is switched off or is out of coverage for a period of 7 days or more your cellular network provider may delete any SMS Services received by you.

You confirm that you are the owner or legitimate user, or that you have the consent of the owner or legitimate user, of the cellular phone you are registering for the SMS Services.

Price and Payment
We dont charge you for the Free SMS Service. Your cellular service provider might charge you for receiving sms. You will be given 7 days’ notice/notified via an SMS direct to your cellular phone if there is any change in price from our side.

The standard SMS fee charged by the User’s mobile phone operator applies on each SMS sent by a User.

Termination
Your right to terminate:

In order to cancel your subscription to the Free SMS Updates Service, simply text “UNS” to 9855571171 or you may send an email to sms@cricketxtra.com with subject “uns” and in message text “your mobile number(which is subscribed for Free SMS Updates)”. You can also CLICK HERE and use the form to unsubscribe. If you face any problems in cancelling your subscription, email: sms@cricketxtra.com. Once your subscription is canceled in this way, no further SMS will be sent to you.Your subscription will be canceled within 15 days of successful reciept of unsubscription request.

cricketxtra.com’s right to terminate

This agreement terminates with immediate effect if your contract with your cellular phone service provider is ended. You agree to inform us promptly if this happens.

cricketxtra.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any individual that it determines to be tampering with the subscription process or the operation of the Service, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions. No correspondence shall be entertained. No notice will be given before termination in such cases.

cricketxtra.com may terminate your subscription on giving you 7 days notice at any time.

Service Availability

You acknowledge that the Free SMS Updates Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with your cellular phone network, including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. cricketxtra.com shall not be responsible or liable to you for any loss, damage or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by you as a result of any difficulties experienced by your cellular phone service provider.

Use of Mobile Numbers

1. cricketxtra.com and/or its affiliates reserve the right to send SMS messages to the Users mobile phone numbers containing information and promotional activities.
2. If a User does not wish to receive such SMS messages, he/she should unsubscribe from Free SMS Updates service.

Data Protection
The information and data (“personal data“) which is provided by you(if any) when you register for the Free SMS Updates Services will be cricketxtra.com’s database.
The personal data shall be used by cricketxtra.com for the following purposes:

1. to update and develop the company’s records and for assessment and analysis including market and service/product analysis;
2. to assist the company in the provision of services/products to you; and
3. to facilitate reviews, developments and improvements to the services/products offered to you.

Intellectual Property
You agree not to publish, copy or forward on any data received by you as part of the Free SMS Updates Services to any third party.

1. cricketxtra.com reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Reminders Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Users shall be bound to such changes.
