West Indies fought well on Day of the Adelaide Test. Lead by their captain, Chris Gayle, West Indies batted for whole day and still have 2 wickets in hand before they bowl again. Ravi Rampaul is at the crease with Chris Gayle. Chris Gayle is running short of partners already. He played a very good innings, unlike the Gayle we know who hits lots of balls in air and to boundaries. He batted sensible and applied himself at the crease. He didnt give any chances to Aussie bowlers. West Indies will try to get as big a lead a s possible and then try to bowl the Australian team out on Day 5.

- Australia lose their 4th wicket. Mike Hussey c Ramdin b Bravo 29 (81b 3×4 0×6) SR: 35.80
- Bravo is into the attack after tea. First ball is an appeal for leg-before, it’s going down leg but that’s a good start from Bravo. WICKET! Well, look at that. Lovely delivery by Bravo, he gets some reverse there and Hussey prods at it oddly, the edge goes through to Ramdin and Bravo runs, arms outstretched, in celebration. If it continues to swing like that it could make all the difference for the West Indies.
